I have input my Initial EcoReview data. Why don’t I see any points being calculated?
Points for questions that require an EcoReview (2.1-2.9 and 3.1-3.10) are calculated on the results of the Follow-up EcoReview. The Initial EcoReview data is recorded but no points are calculated.
Ontario EcoSchools awards points based on achievement and therefore calculates the point value for the EcoReview questions based on the Follow-up EcoReview results because this includes achievement made during the school year. For more information please see the Assessment & Scoring section of the online certification application.
Points will be calculated and replace the checkmark icon when the Follow up EcoReview results are input.
Simply save your data after you have finished inputting the Initial EcoReview. Do not submit your application until after you have input the follow up EcoReview and completed the rest of the application in the spring.
